Position Dryer Operator Location Gloucestershire No. Required 1 Period Early July - Mid September 2025

The Role

Velcourt Down Ampney Contracting Ltd comprises 2500 ha of combineable crops, maize and stewardship located on 6 farms from its base near Cirencester to the outlying farms near Swindon.

The role will include:

  • Operating dryers on two farms - 60tph Svegma fully integrated system storing up to 9000t of crop and a 30tph Kentra storing up to 1600t of crop.
  • Some grain carting on outlying farms.  

Applicants:

  • Must be over 18 years old
  • Have a full UK Driving Licence
  • Have a reasonable level of experience
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
