The Role
Velcourt Kings Lynn Contracting is a 1400ha arable unit growing cereals, OSR, sugar beet and vining peas.
We are looking for an arable operator to join a small dynamic team on this Velcourt-managed business in West Norfolk. We use modern equipment with the latest technology in terms of GPS guidance.
The role will include, but not limited to:
- Cultivations using Case Rowtrac 400
- Drilling combinable crops and sugar beet
- Fertiliser spreading using variable rate application technology
- Relief spraying using Horsch Leeb 36m trailed sprayer
- Machinery maintenance
Applicants require:
- Experience in operating farm machinery
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work under own intiative
- A can-do attitude
- Minimum age 18 years old.

- Training opportunities for certificates of competence
- Housing allowance subject to negotiation
